You can submit as many creative requests as you like (subject to your specific plan that you are on). We will let you know towards the end of each month if you are running low on hours left to use.

Turnaround times depend on your plan:

• Ignite: 3-5 business days per request
• Fired: 2-3 business days per request
• Furious: 1-2 business days per request

Yes. Upon signing up you’d receive a 3 month rolling contract to sign. It will be reviewed at the end of each 3 month period.

After the first 3 months, you’re free to pause or cancel anytime with just 30 days’ notice.
